Arts and Crafts

We have done a few crafts while here in Spain. Addy had a little sewing kit for the flight over and she loved it so much that when I went to the local Imaginarium to find the kids some crafts to do, I couldn't resist the cute doll sewing craft kit they had. She was so excited and worked very hard on sewing her doll. The kit came with two dolls, she chose the dark haired girl and decided to call her Ginger.

Addy worked hard for about three days straight to sew around the edge of the doll, to sew her hair on, and to sew her clothes. Alex could see that she was having a great time, so he gave me this list of things to buy at the store so he could also sew some things for his future children to have "like the Winnie the Pooh stuffed animal dad had that was special."

We found a great kit that had everything included so Alex and Addy could sew some dogs and cats and a few other things. They haven't started on it yet, but in the mean time they have made a DaVinci catapult and the boys painted and built some airplanes.
